We like to engage with all of our customers prior to arrival in order for us to help make your trip special. This provides the opportunity to get to know each other and for you to get a better idea of what to expect and what to bring. It also provides an opportunity to adapt our favourite tours to match your precise requirements, or to create entirely customized tours.
Custom Planning Tour
We like to engage with all of our customers prior to arrival in order for us to help make your trip special. This provides the opportunity to get to know each other and for you to get a better idea of what to expect and what to bring. It also provides an opportunity to adapt our favourite tours to match your precise requirements, or to create entirely customized tours.
Creating a customized tour is simple:
Submit our Planning Form to give us an idea of what you want to do and when.
We will respond by email within 3 working days, normally sooner.
If you remain interested in a trip with Meanda Uganda, we will propose a call by Skype or Whatsapp to better understand your requirements and to answer any queries you may have.
Should you then wish to adapt one of our favourite tours or to create an entirely customized tour, we will prepare a specific itinerary to suit your requirements. This is subject to a small admin charge which we will discuss in the call, and which is fully deductable against the final cost for the trip, should you proceed.
